Ezisurg Medical Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Ezisurg Medical”) is located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai, China. The company was founded by Henry Nie in November 2011 and specializes in the development and commercialization of high-end Minimally Invasive Products targeting disease associated with general, bariatric, thoracic and colo-rectal procedures. EziSurg Medical is committed to providing comprehensive and integrated solutions to the global market. Everyday our more than 500 employees’ efforts are focused on the mission of "providing premium and affordable M.I.S. products to hospitals, surgeons and their patients". This commitment is rooted in the development of best-in-class” devices that are rooted in strong clinical and health-economic evidence that supports the entire patient care continuum.
